Documentation
Definition
Shows the key field that you use to store multiple results about the average number of employees.
Use
When you run the report for form P-4, HRULP4, the system uses the key you enter in this field to store data in a cluster extension.
The cluster extension enables the system to store multiple results without overwriting previous results: If you were to run the report once a quarter without using the cluster extension, subsequent runs would overwrite the data from previous runs.
Dependencies
Example
You calculate the average number of employees in your organization every quarter.
In the first quarter, you enter R in the Cluster Extension for Processing Average Employees field.
The system stores the average number of employees in the cluster.
In the second quarter, you enter T in the Cluster Extension for Processing Average Employees field.
The system stores the average number of employees in the cluster.
You can view the results of the average calculation runs in the first and second quarters by calling the corresponding value of the cluster extension. In other words, R or T.
