Definition
Causes the report to overwrite master data in the Additional Off-Cycle Payments (0267) infotype.
Use
You use this checkbox in cases when master data exists in the Additional Off-Cycle Payments (0267) infotype for the same combination of employee and advance off-cycle payment date that you enter on the reportselection screen. In these cases, the report overwrites the data in the Additional Off-Cycle Payments (0267) infotype with the data on the report selection screen.
If you do not select this checkbox, the report does not overwrite master data in the Additional Off-Cycle Payments (0267) infotype. In this case, the report only checks the existence of a record in the Additional Off-Cycle Payments (0267) infotype and does not process the employee(s) in question.
