Documentation
Definition
Shows the version of the OKSO code in the system.
Use
You use the version function to differentiate between different types of OKSO data, for example, if you change the names of OKSO codes that you upload.
Note: You cannot enter a version number in the Education infotype (0022). The field is for display purposes only.
Dependencies
If the OKSO data is in the new format (a 6-digit OKSO code plus a 2-digit qualification code), enter parameter value X for parameter VERSIONAAA in Customizing for Personnel Management , by choosing Personnel Administration -> Employee Qualifications -> Education and Training -> Education According to OKIN and OKSO (Russia) -> Determine Special Parameters.
If the OKSO data is in the old format (no separate qualification code), leave the Parameter Value field for parameter VERSIONAAA in the IMG activity Determine Special Parameters blank.
