Use

You enter a code if an employeee takes early retirement.

You must choose the code in line with the parameters for an individual employee's documents. The Russian pension system uses the code and parameters to determine the level of an employee's pension.

You can enter long service codes for employees with the following professions:

• Health service employee
• Teacher
• Member of flight training crew
• Parachutist

You make settings for long service codes and for which types of labor activities you enter parameters in Customizing for Personnel Management, by choosing Personnel Administration -> Personal Data -> Master Data (Russia) -> Employment Details -> Employment Book and Working Conditions -> Enter Codes for Long Service.
