Definition

Determines which rule the system applies as a privilege to other rules if several rules with the same priority apply to the same period.

The system includes privileged records into a main record; privileged records are not valid for a particular period.

For example, the system can apply a rule for special working conditions to a rule for territorial working conditions.

Use

Dependencies

The system calculates the codes for working conditions using either the valuation model or a special function module that you use for each rule.

Example

You enter the following data for the rules RU10 (Work in Extreme North), RU11 (Harmful Working Conditions), and RU12 (Special Working Conditions):

Rule    Validity Period    Period    Level

RU10    June 01-30    5    3

RU11    June 02-07 & June 12-20    5    5

RU12    June 05-18    5    6

The rule for working in the Far North, RU10, constitutes the main period. Employees who work in the Far North also work in additional conditions, harmful and special working conditions.

The two additional rules for privileged periods are placed on top of the main period. The resulting seniority data is as follows:

Period    Territorial Conditions    Work Conditions Code    Days/Hours

June 01-30    Extreme North

        HARM01    3 Days

        SPEC5    12 hours
