Shows which previous absences the system takes into account when it calculates sick pay for the current period of absence.

Use

You use this field to meet legal requirements by taking into account previous absence periods when you calculate continued pay and sick pay supplements. Which sicknesses you must take into account depends on the absence type and the period in which an absence falls.

The employee's health insurance fund can advise you which previous sicknesses you take into account.

Dependencies

When you select a record in this field, the system enters the start date of the record in the Abs. Link - Average (Absence Link for Average) field automatically.
