You enter data about data types in Customizing for Payroll Russia, by choosing Reporting -> General Tools -> Enter Data About Organization.
You store data types for a combination of a legal person and an organization type.
Example
Based on the combination of a legal person and an organization type, you enter the following data types, depending on the purpose for which you run the report:
Data type 000 contains data specific to your own organization - an internal view on your company.
Data type 001 contains data about your company for the tax authorities.
Data type 002 contains data about your company's parent enterprise.
Data type 003 contains data about your company's executive organ.
