Definition

Determines if an employee receives an advance off-cycle payment based on the existence of infotype or subtype records for the employee on the date of the advance off-cycle payment.

Use

You use one of the following values to determine if the system includes employees in the off-cycle payroll run if the other data in the IMG activity Define Content of Employee Selection Process.

Value    Meaning

Include    If employees have a record in the specified combination

    of subtype and infotype on the date of the advance off-cycle

    payment, the rule includes employees from the off-cycle payroll

    payroll run.

Exclude    If employees have a record in the specified combination of

    subtype and infotype on the date of the advance off-cycle payment,

    the rule excludes employees from the off-cycle payroll run.

Additional Decision    If employees have a record in the combination of

    subtype and infotype, the rule marks employees with a warning so that

    the HR administrator checks the data for the employees in question.
