Definition

It is the status of the garnishment document. If you insert a new garnishment you get a proposal from the view Garnishment Default Values (T5UG9).

Input values

You can use the following values:

  • 1 - The garnishment is active. In payroll, money is withheld if there are no garnishments with priority and there is enough money there to garnish.

  • 2 - The garnishment has been suspended. No money is withheld in payroll.

  • 3 - The garnishment is not active, for example, the garnishment has ended but you still haven't received confirmation from the creditor. No money is withheld in payroll.

  • 4 - The garnishment has ended, i.e. it has been repaid. No money is withheld in payroll.

  • 5 - The garnishment has been reactivated because the vendor has returned the money. No money is withheld in payroll and a new garnishment result is created. In the new result, the amounts from the last result, i.e. in the result where the garnishment was still active, will be corrected.

  • 6 - The garnishment was issued but the employee no longer works for the company.

  • 7 - The garnishment is not active as the employee has been declared bankrupt. No money is withheld in payroll.
