Definition
Shows the set of payroll data that you group together for a specific purpose.
Use
You use volumes as the basis to output payroll-related data in SAP List Viewer (ALV) format, and if required, subsequently in print format.
You can use the same volume to output different forms by selecting different fields with the Field Selection option on the report selection screen. For example, you can use monthly salary and bonus data to produce a simple output with only the employees' personnel numbers.
Alternatively, you can output a more detailed form by also selecting the number of working hours, date of birth, and organizational data.
Dependencies
You create volumes in Customizing for Payroll Russia, by choosing Reporting -> Payroll -> Flexible Payroll Data -> Create Volumes for Flexible Payroll Report.
