Definition

Shows the family member, for example, the employee's child, that the employee takes sick leave to care for.

Use

You record the family member to meet legal requirements in Russia by recording the reason why an employee takes leave, as specified on the sickness certificate that the employee files with the employer.

The employer uses the data on the sickness certificate to pay employees the required compensation in line with Russian legislation.

The Sickness Certificates Register incorporates the family member and sickness certificate data so that you can fulfill reporting requirements to the Social Insurance Fund (FSS).

Dependencies

You select one of the family members that you have entered for an employee in the Family Members/Dependents (0021) infotype.
