Definition
Shows the level to which you cumulate wage type codes.
Use
You use this field to determine the level to which you cumulate wage type codes when you set up the set of wage types for payroll reporting.
Since the required wage types can be stored in two existing wage type codes, you can use the cumulation function to add together two existing wage type codes to achieve the required result.
If you add together two wage type codes and then add the resulting wage type code to an additional wage type code, you use this field to determine the level of cumulation.
In other words, if one of the wage type codes that you add to another one has already been cumulated, you use this field to show that a second level of cumulation is taking place.
Dependencies
Example
You create wage type code 1000, which contains a set of wage types.
You want to add together wage type code 1000 with another wage type code (1100) that contains wage types for a different part of the payroll results. You name the resulting wage type code 1150.
You also want to add another wage type code (1200) to the set that you have already added together (1150). You call the resulting wage type code 1300.
You enter cumulation level 10 for wage type codes 1000 and 1100 in the detail section for wage type code 1150.
Since the cumulation that you perform for 1150 and 1200 already contains a cumulated wage type code, you enter cumulation level 20 for wage type codes 1150 and 1200 in the detail section for wage type code 1300.
