Definition
Shows the number or quantity of a parameter.
Use
You enter the number of units of a parameter. You use parameters to document additional information, such as a period of time, about an employee's working conditions. The Russian Pension Fund uses this data to determine the employee's level of seniority.
You store parameters in Customizing for Personnel Administration,
by choosing Personal Data -> Master Data (Russia) -> Employment Details -> Employment Book and Working Conditions -> Enter Parameter Description for Seniority.
You make settings for the parameters related to calculated seniority in Customizing for Personnel Administration, by choosing Personal Data -> Master Data (Russia) -> Employment Details -> Employment Book and Working Conditions -> Enter Codes for Calculated Seniority.
Dependencies
You use this field together with the calculated seniority code.
