Documentation
Definition
Represents the mode that you use to prepare the form for a period other than the regular quarterly reporting periods.
Use
According to Russian legislation, you must prepare the output form and file it with the Social Insurance Fund by the 15th day of the following quarter. For example, you must prepare the form for the first quarter by April 15.
To apply for funds from the Social Insurance Fund before the end of a quarter, you select this radio button. If you select this radio button, the report prepares the form with data from the start of the current calendar year to the required date. The output form shows that you prepare the form for a special application of funds for a period other than the regular quarterly reporting periods.
The Social Insurance Fund uses the data in the form to allocate funds to you, the employer, for the period specified in the form.
Dependencies
If you select this radio button, you must specify the date up to which the report prepares the form in the Payroll Date field.
Example
You want to apply for funds from the Social Insurance Fund on February 20. Since the first regular reporting period of the year ends on March 31, you prepare the form for the period from January 1 to February 20.
You select this radio button and specify February 20 as the payroll date. When you run the report, the form contains data from the start of the year up until February 20.
