Documentation
Definition
Shows the ID of the tax office to which you send the form that this report prepares.
Use
The tax office to which you send the form is not necessarily the tax office that processes the form. If required in your company, you can submit forms for detached subdivisions to the tax office with which your company's head office is registered, even if the detached subdivision is registered with a different tax office. For more information, see the example below.
When you prepare the form, the system enters the ID of the receiving tax office and the tax office responsible in the file name of the XML file of the form. The report enters the ID of the tax office responsible based on the reporting organization's master data; the report enters the ID of the receiving tax office using the ID that you enter in this field.
Note
If you leave this field blank, the report uses the ID of the tax office responsible instead of the ID of the receiving tax office.
Dependencies
Example
Assume that your company's head office is in Moscow and one of your company's detached subdivisions is in St. Petersburg. The head office is registered with the tax office in Moscow and the detached subdivision is registered with the tax office in St. Petersburg. The ID of the tax office in Moscow is 77yy and the ID of the tax office in St. Petersburg is 78xx.
If required in your company, you can send the forms for both your head office and for the detached subdivision to the tax office in Moscow. The tax office in Moscow forwards the form for your detached subdivision to the tax office in St. Petersburg.
To enable the tax authorities to process the forms correctly, the file name of the XML files must contain the ID of the tax office to which you send the form, regardless of the tax office with which the reporting organization is registered. When you prepare the XML file for both the detached subdivision and the head office, you enter the ID (77yy) of the tax office in Moscow in this field.
The report prepares file names as follows:
Reporting Organization Tax Office Responsible Receiving Tax Office File Name Extract
Detached subdivision St. Petersburg Moscow ..._77yy_78xx _....xml
Head office Moscow Moscow ..._77yy_77yy _....xml
