Definition
When you select the Without NS period indicator, the report does not list details for those employees who do not have an NS absence type, for the given period. By default, the report will prints the list of all selected employees, include those who do not have the NS Absence type for a given period.
For example, you want to generate the NS claim information for a set of ten employees, for the month of October. There are four employees who do not have an NS Absence type in this month.
If you select the Without NS period option, the report will not list the four employees who do not have the NS absence type in October.
