Definition
In this field you specify the employer contribution conditions for the employee or contractor.
Use
O - No employer contribution
No employer contribution will be calculated.
A - Only ATP part
Only ATP will be calculated for the employee.
F - Full employer contribution
Normal employer contribution will be calculated.
P - Pension Payments
Constant ECSPP is used for calculation. This calculation is irrespective of the age of employee.
S - Only ATP part and Old Age Pension
Only ATP and Old Age Pension will be calculated for the employee.
T - Used for service sector employees
Constant ECPEN is used for calculation.
U - All except ATP, Old Age Pension and Occ. Injuries contrib
Full employer contribution will be calculated for the employee
decreased with the ATP part, the Old Age Pension part and the
Occupational Injuries part.
