Definition

Management date of the commuting allowance information.

Use

Depending on the selection made, this date on the Commuting Allowance
Information management screen is used in the following ways:

  • Selection date; when selecting commuting allowance information:
    • Commuting allowance infotype (0559) record(s) which is valid
      on the date specified in this field is selected and displayed
      in the table control on the screen. Each line of the table
      represents one infotype record.
  • Begin date; when creating a new commuting allowance information:
    • When a new commuting allowance record is created via
      Commuting Allowance Information management screen, the
      specified date in this field is used as the begin date of
      Commuting allowance infotype (0559). A new commuting
      allowance record can be created by selecting Insert button
      and entering valid date in the table control fields on the
      screen.
  • End date; when delimiting a commuting allowance record:
    • When an existing commuting allowance record is to be delimited
      via Commuting Allowance Information management screen, the
      specified date in this field is used as the end date of
      Commuting allowance infotype (0559). Delimiting an existing
      commuter allowance record can be done by highlighting a line in
      the table control on the screen and selecting Delimit
      button.
