You can't maintain this field for new employees not yet given the number. However, the number must be entered once the insurance office issues it.

• Health insurance (subtype 1)

  Health insurance ID card number is issued by either Health insurance association or social insurance bureau.

• Employee's pension (subtype 2)

  The number in pension book is stored in this field.

• Pension fund (subtype 3)

  The number in this field is issued by Pension fund organization.

• Employment insurance (subtype 4)

  Public employment security office issues the number here.
