Use

This indicator is applicable for the following functions of social insurance and labor insurance process:

• insurance premium deduction in payroll
• santei/Geppen process
• reporting functions for social insurance and labor insurance

Example

For Health Insurance, the following indicators are defined:

• 0 - Taishougai
  For employee who does not meet the requirements.
• 1 - Ippan
  For regular (full-time) employee who meets the requirements.
• 2 - Part
  For part-time, temporary and other types of non-regular employee who
  meets the requirements.
