Definition

Formula to calculate union due.

Default settings:

  • 00 :
    - /544 is used instead of /178,/179.
    This is the same way of calculating for Formula 01, but this
    has a deduction condition, that is, if gross payment is less than
    100.000yen in the monthly payroll, union due is not deducted.
  • 01 :
    - Base amount for calcuation * Union rate + Fixed amount
    For example; Kijungai wage * 1.7% + 600yen
    Basic pay * 1.5% + 400yen
  • 02 :
    - Deduct the amount in Union due calculation master (T5J05)
    For example; 2300yen (same for the other employees)
  • 03 :
    - Deduct the amount in infotype 0388
    For example; 2000yen (different between each employee)
