Use
- Create Batch Input
Select to activate the function to create batch input files during execution of the report.
- Check Special Dependant Status
Select to check if dependant's age falls within age range for special dependant group.
- Check 70-year Old
Select to check if dependant's age has reached 70. By reaching 70, a dependant should be categorized as Old Person.
When you select this indicator, you need to decide how the report updates the dependants.
You must make at least one checking selection from the Check Special Dependant Status
indicator and the Check 70-year Old indicator.
- Check 'Live With' Status
Select to check the status of the Live With indicator in the dependant's record in the Family Member/Dependants infotype (0021). This option only displays when you select the Check 70-year Old indicator.
To choose the update options, you have to deselect this indicator.
