Definition
This code identifies a company's pay issuing branch that has to file
payment records for its employees to the income tax office.
It is used as identifier for each branch when a special branch (for
example; head office) collects tax statements of the employees from
several branches and submits all statements to the tax office (for
example; on a single data medium).
