Definition

Begin period (of targeted periods) of first payment for this
commuting allowance method. The second payment target periods are
calculated automatically.

Use

You can set 'begin' target period of the first payment for this
commuting allowance, if you want to pay in advance. Payroll driver
distributes the amount of commuting allowance to Houshu and
calculates the taxable amount in accordance with this information.

First target year is calculated automatically based on this information
and difference between first pay period and beginning of the target
period of first payment.

Examples

Set '05' in this field, if you want to pay commuting allowance from
April, even though it is used from May.
