Definition

A flag to represent exemption of social insurance for employer.
When this flag is checked, social insurance is not deducted from
employer in payroll.
In the standard function, this field is used for the following
subtypes only.

• 1 (Health insurance)
• 2 (Employee's pension)
• 6 (Nursing insurance)
  
  

Example

This flag is used when an employer is exempt for social insurance,
such as employee's Parent Leave.
