Definition
Denotes that the life insurance contract is signed or modified on January 1, 2012 or later.
Use
Part of an employee's contributions to life insurance (including common life insurance, personal pension insurance, and nursing and medical care insurance) can be deducted from the employee's income and therefore exempted from income tax calculation. The exempted amount differs according to when the life insurance contracts are signed or modified.
You select the checkbox for the life insurance contracts that are signed or modified on January 1, 2012 or later, and leave the checkbox unselected for the contracts that are signed or modified before January 1, 2012. Based on the indication of effective time, the system processes the amounts of contribution and calculates the exemption accordingly.
