Definition

This is the version number that you can enter if you are generating more than one file for the same period for the same set of employees.

Use

This is useful when you are downloading or deleting records from the PCL1 cluster, which stores data for the SPK report.

Dependencies

Example

You are generating the SPK report for an employee for January 2004. You enter the Version as 1.

Now, you want to generate another SPK report for the same employee for January 2004. To differentiate the first report from the second, you enter the Version as 2.
