Definition
This is the higher value of the range of values for the Pay Scale Element and Category.
Use
If the Pay Scale Element of the employee falls between the low and the high values, the employee is eligible for the Pay Scale Level change due to seniority, as far as that Pay Scale Element is concerned.
Dependencies
Example
For the Pay Scale Element TRFGB (Pay Scale Area), Category CA01, the low value is 01 and the high value is 50. If the current Pay Scale Area of the employee lies betweem 1 and 50, the employee is eligible for a Pay Scale Level change due to seniority as far as this condition is concerned.
Note: This is just one of the conditions for the employee to be eligible for a Pay Scale Level change due to seniority.
