This is the category of a Pay Scale Element. A Pay Scale Element can have more than one category depending on the business requirements.

Use

This category is used to determine whether an employee is eligible for a change in the Pay Scale Level due to seniority.

Dependencies

Example

An employee belongs to:

  • Pay Scale Element TRFAR Category CT01, that is, Pay Scale Type is 71
  • Pay Scale Element TRFGB Category CA01, that is, Pay Scale Area is between 1 and 50
  • Pay Scale Element TRFGR Category CG01, that is, Pay Scale Group is between Alt01 and Alt08

In this case, the employee is eligible for a change in Pay scale Level if there is a change in his or her seniority.
