Definition
This is the addtional position wage type of the employees. This wage type is associated to a main position wage type for an additional position code.
Use
When you create an Activity with Higher Rate of Pay infotype (0509) record for an employee, you select the Reason Code. Depending on your selection, the system reads the additional position wage types for the employee and defaults them in Activity with Higher Rate of Pay infotype (0509).
Dependencies
Example
MS00 is the main position annual salary wage type.
MS90 is the additional position annual salary wage type for the additional position MPPY.
MS90 is associated to MS00. MS90 inherits all the characteristics of MS00 wage type.
You create an Activity with Higher Rate of Pay infotype (0509) record for an employee with Reason Code as Multiple Position. In this case, MS90 will get defaulted in the infotype as the annual salary wage type of the employee for this additional position.
