Definition
When sending file to SSB they need to know what kind of character set used on the file. There are 5 legal values:
1. EBCDIC
2. Unix ISO-8859/1 8-bits
3. ANSI (Windows)
4. 8-bits enlarged ASCII (Codepage 865, DOS)
5. ISO 646 (7-bits ASCII)
