Indicates the date that the system considers as start of absence while processing the reimbursement claim.
Example
Consider that an employee takes a leave of absence from January 20, 2010 to January 25, 2010 and again from January 28, 2010 to February 5, 2010, due to sickness. Here, the system considers January 20, 2010 as the start date of absence.
