Definition

Specifies a date in the year for which you want to obtain information on vacation quotas or vacation allowance.

Use

You enter a date in the year for which you want to obtain information. The report displays the following information for vacation:

Depending on the setting in the Display Vacation Allowance check box, the system uses this date as follows:

• To display vacation quota information (leave accounted, compensated leave, remaining leave) in the year of the specified date, up to the specified date
• Vacation allowance in the year of the specified date, for all payroll periods up to the specified date.
