Definition
Indicates the fixed amount based on which the system calculates absence reimbursement for an employee. The system rounds of the value in this field to the nearest whole number.
The system calculates the fixed basis for reimbursement based on wage types set to Basis for Reimbursement (2) processing class and Fixed Reimbursement Basis (1) during payroll run. This is calculated from the day before start of absence as specified in Actual Start of Absence (P20_STABS) field.
