Definition

Before messages are printed out they are generated by the system. That process consists of analysing some master data and absences to see if some changes have occured that should be reported. At the end of this generation process the newly created messages are stored in a transparent table.

When this indicator is set no messages are generated but only earlier generated and stored ones are read and printed out. This allows the user to reprint messages without generating them again.
