Min.amount is the lowest amount you can deduct for union fees.
Example
The "percent" is set to 1,00% and the "min.amount" is set to 200,00.
The result of the percent is 150,00 then the deduction to the union
will be 200,00. If the result of the "percent" is between "max. and min", the result of the percent will be deducted.
