Documentation
Definition
Grouping for different qualifications, unit standards, or outcomes.
Procedure
If you only use one qualification, unit standard, or outcome for one skills priority number, and the name of the qualification, unit standard, or outcome is used in the Workplace Skills Plan queries, you don't need to specify a name in this field. Otherwise, specify the name of this skills priority number, and use this name in the Workplace Skills Plan queries.
Note
If you use this field, keep in mind that the name has to be identical for one skills priority number during a time period. For example, if you assign the skills priority number 1 to the qualifications Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for the year 2003, the qualification Microsoft Office would have to be entered for both entries.
