Definition

Use

Indicates a unique identification number allocated to the file that the system imports from the easyFile application. Use this field to identify the records in the single import file. Using this field for identification, you can perform the following actions on the ITA88 details of an employee:

• Display
• Export
• Delete

The system generates this for each file that is updated in the system. All the records in a single file have the same Run Id. For example, the first file will have 1 as the Run ID, the second file will have 2 as the Run Id and so on.
