Definition

This field contains information on an employee's relative whenever a Bursary payment is made to the relative.

When information on a relative has been maintained in infotype Dependants/Relative (0021), a relative number (OBJPS) is stored in this field. When relative information does not exist in infotype 0021, the system generates a sequential number and saves it in this field. This sequential number is always an incremented sequence number since the last generation.

This field is further used to check if the same relative of the employee has already received a Bursary in the current tax year. If such a payment to the relative concerned has been made previously, an error is generated.
