Definition
According to SARS travel allowance specifications in Schedule A of the IRP10, the amount in this field represents a fixed cost of a vehicle.
Based on the value of the car, SARS allocates (per tax year) set amounts for Fixed cost, Fuel cost, and Maintenance cost in order to calculate travel allowances.
