This wage type contains a multiplication factor used in order to calculate the quantity and/or amount accrued during the month.

These values are determined in a personnel calculation rule if certain conditions occur.

Example

The employee is entitled to accrual only if he/she has worked at least 15 calendar days; this wage type will contain

• 0 = if the employee has worked less than 15 days
• 1 = if the employee has worked more than 15 days
