This wage-type specifies the employee's monthly tax base.
The filling in of the field is optional. If it is not filled, the system uses the employee's actual tax base as a reference.
This field is usually used for the comparison between the lowest rate and the tax base plus the extra monthly wages paid in a previous processing.
