Definition
This field defines the type of time slot to be used for the grace calculation.
Type F time slot (fixed time frame) moves fixedly along the time axis letting the events being older than 3 years "out" of the period used for the grace calculation
Type I time slot, instead, moves its width day by day
Clearing usually takes place on 1 January.
