Definition
If you select this flag, the severance pay settlement deduction which has been in force since 31/3/2008 will not be calculated (in compliance with article 2, paragraph 514 of Law 244/2007 and subsequent Decree by Ministry of Economy and Finance of 20/3).
Paragraph 5 of the above mentioned Ministerial Decree states that the deduction can be applied only once in case of more than one severance pay settlement.
