Documentation

Definition

This field is used to manage the rates accrued according to the part-time percentage or 24ths.

If the employee is entitled hereafter, the field is updated on a monthly basis by the system.

The system updates the field after paying the pay scale jump. The field is reset when the new pay scale jump is accrued.

Example

The field may contain different values:

  • 1 = total part-time percentage for each month (from table
    T5ITS2); the percentage is transferred from info-type 0007.
    E.g.: an employee has worked 3 months part-time and 3 months
    full-time: this field will contain the value 450,000.
  • 2,3 = total number of accrued 24ths (from table t5its2).

Example of a seniority pay scale jump calculation in 24ths on 1st January for an employee who has accrued two years:

  • after December processing the field must contain 24;
  • after January processing the field must contain 1 and the pay scale
    jump has been evaluated with 24/24th.
