Definition
Months to be deducted for abatement of Severance Indemnity calculation.
Value of this field is read during the Severance Indemnity payment month. The abatement is reduced according to the existing value.
Months in this field are therefore deducted from the number of months calculated according to the standard procedure.
The system does not consider periods in which work relationship is not to be considered active for calculation of seniority for Severance Indemnity (for example a leave).
This date must be managed by the user manually. The user can specify it in months/years but also in months only (e.g.: 3 years/4 months or 40 months).
