Definition

The contract coefficient "Monthly days" is used to specify the daily pay.

The daily pay is used to valuate the paid workdays of employees with monthly fixed pay:

  • in the month of hiring or leaving;
  • for starting or ending of events paid by INPS/INAIL;
  • for absence start or end without payment entitlement;
  • for periods related to allowance for want of notice (days);
  • for public holidays coinciding with Sundays;
  • for leave days not enjoyed and paid;
  • for the integration calculation of paid actions which require a company intervention in order to guarantee the net pay as if the employee were working.
