Definition

The contribution indicator is a five-character alphanumeric value, which identifies the contribution rules the employee is subject to.

For each type of taxation you should show the related contribution grouping indicator which is expected on infotype 0154 and is used in table "Percentage contributions/amounts" (T5ITC1_1) to set up the different types of social and welfare security contribution.

The taxable amounts/cumulations defined through wage types marked by an 'x' in the cumulations in the corresponding table contribute to taxable amounts/cumulations formation.

Infotype 0154 of the employee shows which taxable amounts are used and how they are used through the contribution indicator.
