Definition

In this field is entered the indicator referring to the employee subgroup having/not having the right to the year-end or leaving settlement.

There can be a year-end or a leaving settlement. The withholding agents paying for direct employment services must carry out the settlement between the deductions made on the incomes and the tax calculated on the total amount of remunerations considering only the tax deductions already applied. In case of leaving this operation must be carried out on the leaving date.
