Definition

This feature is used to determine the begin and end dates for the calculation of seniority for EPF. The value of the feature has two parts. The first two digits are for the begin date and the last two are for the end date.

The first two digits can have a fixed value:
00 - default hire date
XX - the value of a date type in Infotype 0041 which should be
taken as the joining date of the employee.

The last two digits can have a fixed value:
00 - system date
01 - end of pay period
02 - begin of pay period
03 - end of year
04 - begin of year
